"Very disappointing experience. Won't be going back. Last night ordered crispy duck but when home we realised we were missing the veggies and hoisin sauce. Without these it's useless but didn't want the rest of our meal to go cold so we rang afterwards to explain and was told they could make another one up for us either straight away or at a later date. So I rang today to order this and was told they would only give me the veggies and sauce. Crispy Duck once it goes cold doesn't taste very good. So what good is getting the veg and sauce? He was extremely rude and when I said I would never be returning he said that's fine and hung up. We are not disappointed we won't be returning because the quality has been going down hill. The Singapore Chow Mein was almost too salty to eat and we regularly feel disappointed in something whenever we order from there."
