"We stumbled up on Jade Garden during the lockdown as our usual take away let us down. I have got to say the whole experience is awesome. The food is tasty and always delivered hot within the time frame we are given when ordering. Everything from the pleasant welcoming voice when ordering to the brilliant delivery service has blown us away. It is now well over 12 months since our first order and the standards have not dropped one bit. Its a regular for us now every Friday evening. If i could give 6 stars i would. "Very disappointing, food was bland, the order was completly off point and cold even though i reached there 10mins before my collection time. Rang to raise my concerns and was told to just deal with it by the rude lady over the phone who decided it was quite acceptable to put the phone down. 1st and last time i will ever go there. Should have gone to my usual Fung Tao across the road."
"It is an excellent place to get take away. I ordered it with my friends. 8 people in total and they managed to deliver it on time as most of the shop can't. In addition it is all hot and well flavoured. Cannot believe how amazing it is. Even now I still order frequently and the quality is still that amazing. Restaurant quality but take away shop price definitely recommend this shop to you guys!! Also if you guys order frequently there is special discounts!!"
"Have been using this takeaway for last 5 yrs and have always been very happy with the food, unfortunately this has changed. Have had a couple of meals from there that have not been very good. Had one this evening again and the chilli beef was very dry and looked as if it had been reheated as the did rest of the food , apart from the chicken foo yung. Time to look elsewhere I think."
