"Me and my husband decided to have a takeaway from happy garden. We’ve been going their for years with no problem take away was always lovely. However last nights food was just awful. It was lukewarm prawns over done and the batter was rubbery the prawn toast was just not nice at all it had some sort of paste but not prawns. In the end it went in the bin they had are last take away from us"
"Our usual place to get Chinese from. Placed our ordered and my husband went to collect it. When he got there someone else had taken our order by mistake, fine these things happen. My husband was told to wait whilst they call the other person to bring it back and we could have our meal. Well for a start that's not covid secure, I'm not having a meal that someone else has taken and driven off with and it'll be cold. He was told that they would prepare a new meal for us to which he said I'm not sure I trust that now. They said you need to pay for it or you're being blacklisted, my husband refused to pay for it after the way they spoke to him. Awful customer service, so disappointed and not covid secure at all. We will not use this takeaway again, someone where else can have our custom."
