"I had the pleasure of being taken to Red China, by a friend who is Chinese. The food here is incredible. Unfortunately I cannot remember the names of the dishes: I had a lamb dish that was very aromatic with flavours. The meat fell off the bone and just melted in my mouth. Another dish we had was shell on spicy prawns. We also had a noodle broth dish that had Pak choi and sliced beef (I could quite happily eat this everyday! It was bursting with flavour) We also had a side dish of Pak choi that had a garlic sauce. I also experienced a traditional herbal tea. This is quite honestly one of the best meals I've had! Western Chinese takeaway is nothing like this traditional and authentic taste of China! The chef has unbelievable talent! Highly recommend and cannot wait to experience again!"
"This is seriously good food. The chef is talented, believe me. The sweet and sour fish is world-class: crispy, generous portions, with just the right drizzle of sauce and garnish. Fantastic. The soups and noodle dishes are delicious as well. I eat here nearly every week and would eat here every day if I lived next door!"
