"Dirty and badly run. If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. We went here to try the food since my son had never had Taco Bell and I had not since visiting one in the States. Don't eat here, this place was dirty, with uncleared tables and food on the floor and stairs. The order screens were dirty and greasy and the one I used wouldn't give a receipt. I saw bad food hygiene practices from the staff, including the man on the front counter who seemed to be the shift manager. He was also rude to customers who were ordering, suggesting they should go to McDonalds if they didn't want to wait a few minutes for their food. The drinks machine was filthy and nothing looked like it had been wiped down. It gushed water out from underneath when I used it. No one came out to mop up the puddle when I alerted them, they just moved the wet floor sign next to it. The downstairs toilet had no lock and a dirty floor. The manager banged on the door while I was in there so I had to open the door to see what he wanted. He was very abrupt and didn't properly identify himself as a member of staff. The upstairs toilets were worse plus no toilet roll. Toilet roll holder was broken and lying on the floor. It looks like when things break here, no one bothers to get them fixed. The food was edible but not very good. It was all rather lukewarm rather than being hot. Nothing like Taco Bell in the USA. Again, don't visit this place. Eat somewhere else."
"Place that was really good is now filthy, all tables piled high with rubbish, bin overflowing. Food was not good, son described his chicken wrap as tasting 'funky' and there was pretty much no beef in my beef crunchwrap. As for the drinks machine, well the less said about that the better... Real shame, sorry it out Taco Bell"
"Instead of fries and vegetarian burrito I was given nachos and a different burrito (with meat). I was the first customer of the day and the only one there at the time and took it as a take away. I realised the order was wrong too late and couldn’t eat it as I’m vegetarian and that was the first time in years I had meat in my mouth. That’s actually not the first time the experience in this very location was disappointing."
"Went for the first time yesterday. Had downloaded the app which gave me a freebie crunchie taco. (Thank you Taco Bell.) Basically I got a very small very crisp (and as it turned out, very breakable) item with red kidney beans and super finely greated cheese.(No sauce or dressing, so rather dry) I had asked for a vegetarian version. As the taco continued to disintegrate the filling fell onto the wrapping paper. It made me wonder how they managed to fill it at all. Flavour wise it seemed rather bland. Drinks were all cold drinks. Sprite, cola. (£1.39 for the smallest size.) It was a cold day so I had hoped for a hot drink. None to be had. The decor was basic. The staff were friendly enough. I some how and expected to be more impressed by spicy food and a colourful decor and menu. Not sure if I will give it another go or just delete the app and chalk it up to experience."
