When I phoned to complain they called me a liar and said that it was sat on a hot plate so it can't be cold. When I asked for a refund or for a fresh order to be sent, they started swearing at me and put the phone down. When I contacted Just Eat about this, they called the restaurant for me and received the same abuse! Absolutely disgusting. Deserves to be shut down."
