"The food here is good quality, meals are decently priced, but the delivery times are awful. Sometimes it could take up to 1-2 hours for food to arrive. I live down the road to caprinos - approximately 15-20 minutes walking distance and yet it can take hours to arrive? I don't understand that. Other than that, the food is good, somehow arrives warm, and pricing is okay. If you buy from here I recommend collection so you can get your food quicker, and also, bring cash for collection - they don't accept card."
"Where do I start ,I orders my food ,after 2 hours waiting I had to phone them to see where it was ,they said the driver would be 5 minutes,then after waiting a further 30min my food still hadn’t arrived after getting through to them. the driver had got lost and would be another 10 minutes and had to call me so I could direct him (house is not hard to find) Then another 20 minutes went by and still nothing ,he eventually showed up with half my order and no drink ,food was cold absolutely disgusting service would never come back or recommend to anyone"
"Idk how they've managed to get 4 stars here. Delivery took way too long and everything was cold. It was already nothing special and overpriced. I was especially excited about the chocolate pizza because it looked unique but it was tiny and tasted awful. Would never order from here even with a good discount very disappointed."
