"I regularly visit the deli usually taking home more than I had planned to! This time we ate in on a Monday lunchtime. We chose the ploughman's sharing platter and a bowl of chips. When it arrived we realised we didn't really need the chips - but they were THE BEST chips. Everything on the platter delicious, as expected. Had to have a'doggy bag'! The staff are wonderful and have time for you although extremely busy."
"Food was great and not too bad a price. I had steak, cooked as I'd asked. No issues at all and I will definitely go again. Also, very important, the deli counter! Amazing! Hugs selection of all sorts. I had samosa (beautiful,) scotch egg (,not bad) and a cake the was devine. 4.5 stars for me."
"The pub has been refitted since I last visited and it's now got a deli counter and a coffee shop. It's got a really nice atmosphere, it's a nice place in the village to meet up with friends for a coffee. I didn't eat there but the menu for lunches and dinners looked nice, it looked like pub grub. The menu used to be better in my opinion but I'm sure this new menu will appeal to more people. I will consider eating there, either lunch or dinner."
"Very helpful staff, friendly atmosphere, gluten-free options. The gluten-free full English breakfast was delicious and the prices are reasonable. I'm absolutely positive I'll go there again."
"Excellent food and service. Good parking on site (you must enter your car reg no. on a screen at the bar). There's an area to eat and watch the world go by at the front and a garden area at the back."
