"Thought we'd try out Spice 45 because our usual restaurant up the road hasnt done very well in the food hygiene stakes recently. Booked our table for 7pm Friday night, walked in to find we were pretty much the only ones there. Waiters were friendly and had a bit of banter, food was OK, nothing special but nice enough. The thing really that reflects the 3 stars is the atmosphere. There wasn't any. No Indian music playing, no hustle and bustle of other people, just very very quiet. Even when we left just before 9pm the place was still empty. I would deffo go here again but would have liked a bit more of the traditional curry house experience."
