"The peri peri style American hot was questionable, had a strange after taste especially the jalapeños, took over 1hr. 55 minutes to arrive, tried to call the restaurant to check if my food had left but to no avail. They had point blank, refused to pick up the phone, and communicate with the customer. "Sorry for the delay. Will you be you shortly with an extra free drink? " I think not. Baring in mind, the restaurant was still "open," according to Google, when I phoned to check the progress of the order. ordering a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TAKE-AWAY, after thinking we had just been scammed by the delivery driver. He reluctantly shows up at around 11.45pm. WITH 2 cold, sweaty pizzas. Poor show chaps, I know it was Christmas, and you are probably "flying off the hooks busy," and I can appreciate that. but when you pay around £16 per pizza and you get cold, wet, bread with sauce. Then it is your responsibility to not accept my order if you are incapable of making a pizza to the standard where it can be transported with minimal amount of condensation or damage. It just seems like you use cheap ingredients and barely any of them. Your picture on just-eat is definitely misleading. I suggest you take life-like pictures of your food or use the review pictures , because I've never seen a more delusional pictured menu in all my life. Overall... 1. Lower the price 2. Hurry up 3. Use quality ingredients 4. "Large" pizza is actually a medium, Xtra Large is a large.. etc. I'm sat here left scratching my head. Wondering how houdini got the best of me, this place is all smoke and prices. Maybe I will try again, in the near desperate future. Until then "big old thumbs down""

"If you like your food cooked and on time don't order from fat pizza. Placed an order at 5.45 turns up and 21.46 when we rung three times first time advised the order is cancelled and then every other time you call is with the driver. When it does turn up then you cant eat it as it's not cooked"

"Honestly. Awful. 2.5 hours delivery. Called 3x and was told “just left” 25 mins later “couple roads away” 20 mins from that “just left” honestly. Say you’re delayed don’t bloody lie. Allow me the truth to make a decision on whether I should cancel. Then to arrive stone cold but a new order takes “30 mins for priority”… clearly won’t be 30. Ended up putting it in the oven… one of the reasons I chose to order was not to cook. Should have gone to Tesco."
