Rang the restaurant to file a complaint where I was sworn at and verbally abused by the employee who answered the phone, which quite frankly left me appalled and disgraced at a takeaway that I once respected. "New business owner's. Surely they are . Foods nasty they used a chicken fillet burger. As a southern fry chicken burger . Also the beef burger was under cooked . The chips omg they where hard as if they pre cooked. I spoke to the guy told him . He goes we where . Checking out new burgers lmao . You should of made it for yourself and tried it . Not use your customer's. Also i wrote a note . When i ordered said I want my chicken fillet burger spicy and crispy . Unfortunately ima disappointed instead i got a saggy. Nasty old burger and chips . You want to argue also . With your customer's. Because you dont want to hear the truth . Well unfortunately your failing. "We’ll never going there again. I placed an order at around 7:30pm I live not even 5 minutes away. At 8:30 I rang to see where my food was and the guy that answered was saying it’s still here. He said it’ll be with you in 12 minutes so I waited and it got to 9pm and still no order so I rang up to cancel it as I don’t want cold pizza that’s been waiting in the shop. I highly recommend pizza Nonna which is on the same road as they have never disappointed me and service is top notch. Will never be going to food master again."
