Told 15-20 mins as busy. After this time I again ask how long. Very rude lady on phone said didn't know. Told to hang up so they could sort it. Ask to speak to you but you weren't there. Think you need to sort staff out if you need to be away from there. I will not use again unless I here from you."
"2x deep pan pepperoni pizzas ordered for collection. The pizza dough was incredibly stodgy in texture instead of being light and fluffy and there was far too much cheese on them. We couldn't even pick the slices up without the sheer weight of the cheese instantly sliding off and landing in the bottom of the box. Very sparse with the pepperoni too. compared to other take-aways."
