Domino's Pizza - Nuneaton 23 A&b Abbey Street, Nuneaton CV11 5BT

"Phoned to order Piza and was told they can't take my order over the phone because of the area I live. I then made order online for a vegan pizza. Just fancied a vegan one as am not vegan. I phoned them asking if they could put normal cheese on my pizza, but was told that could not happen because its an allegyn, I explained that is how I wanted it and as a customer had the right to choose what cheese how I wanted my pizza and if they needed me to add extra money would pay incase normal cheese was more expensive. They request was denied and the manager refused to give me her name which I found very strange and unprofessional. The lady manager said I was wasting her time and gave me 2 choices either take the pizza as it is or get refund and ofcourse I had to go with refund. So Domino's does not allow people to order half vegan or choose however they want their pizzas. Surprisingly we have been buying pizza in the same store for a long time and have never had an issue when we requested normal cheese on vegan before but according to the lady manager on duty tonight 24.02.2023 we are not allowed to choose but just take it as given like we are getting it for free. Very disappointed in Domino's. However, looking on the brighter side, now I have to eat salad, guess its a blessing in duguise. Very poor customer service. "Bought two 7 inch pizzas and a 7 inch garlic bread. Pizzas @ £2.99 and was charged £15.97. When queried the server said one of the pizzas was dearer than the other?"

"Food was tasty, hot and fairly quick - cooked to order and done in front of me. Place looked clean enough - nothing WRONG - but there was no real atmosphere to speak of - and staff while polite - did not engage in conversation - to the point - I felt - 'ignored'. Feels a little like I'm nit picking - but gotta say it how I see it!!!!"

"Shocking service in the past month. Have cancelled my last 3 orders due to lack of delivery staff. My issue is that everytime this happens I'm calling over a week later to ask why my refund hasn't been processed. Its just happened again now. Money taken out my account, can't fulfill it and now wait 3 to 5 days for refund. Absolutely disgusting service. The Last occasions this has happened. Avoid at all cost. S"
