"The manager is absolutely disgusting. I made a pre order for collection today which I waited 25 minutes for them to cook after being told 15 minute, I was told on the phone one price and when I went to pay, was told a price that was £20 more than the originally told price, I tried to resolve this problem with the manager and he was so rude to me! As a female I felt extremely bullied into paying more money because I was vulnerable, I’ve seen a few complaints about this place lately which is a shame because it’s always been quite nice. I’d recommend anyone staying well away from here."
"Absolutely appalling service. Will never eat from here again. Ordered through Eber Eats at 6.42pm, said it would arrive between 7.10 and 7.30. I called them to confirm my address moments after placing order as it did not show my house number. Spent 3 mins confirming my address. The driver never came until 7.58pm and I called at 7.35 to check where the food was, the person on the phone hung up on me,and did answer my call when I called 5 times after. The driver did not want to give his name or his bosses name and said he couldn't talk English. Very frustrated with this service. Chips were awful but luckily my children did like the pizza."
