"If we could give 0 stars we would. Been a loyal customer to these for years simply because they’re open late and local, nothing special. However tonight they want to leave me waiting for over an hour to then tell me that they came to the house and we didn’t answer the door. They definitely didn’t because we’d of heard it as the door is loud which is WHY I asked in the notes to call us. 0 missed calls an hour later I call them to see where my food is and they tell me that they rang!!! LIARS! They said there must be something wrong with my phone which there isn’t as I’ve called them plenty of time for him to give me ATTITUDE and hang up numerous times!!! Absolutely appalled by the customer service and the fact they closed for a few months and re-opened as the same name just switched around is VERY suspicious. STAY CLEAR!!!!!! AWFUL PLACE."

Ordered from them on Just eat put in my comments to please ring NOT knock the door and they tried saying they came and rang me but never did or bothered to knock the window or anything. When we rang and POLITELY asked they hung up the phone on us. I rang back for them to then try and tell me it’s my fault. Absolutely disgusting customer service!
