"I never leave reviews. This is my first one. I ordered food an hour ago and it’s still waiting to be approved by the store. I paid £14 for my meal and i wanted to call up and ask for some pizza topping to be removed as i’m allergic. I called 17 times and no one answered. The food never came. They will not even allow me to refund my order as in their words “it is my problem.” Never seen such poor and horrid customer service in my life. Terrible place. I urge everyone not to eat here as the food really isn’t that nice."
