"This company I had a few issues with my order, I ordered some weight plates they said they were in stock and weren't 24hrs later I got an email them apolising and asking if I wanted them on back order I said yes. I didn't hear from them or receive my plates for a month. They didn't answer calls or emails for about 2 weeks. To be fair it was near Christmas and in lock down. Richard a great credit to that company, they nearly lost a customer but thanks to his prompt response on the online chat when I asked for a manager he responded straight away!. Its easier to loose a customer than get on back but he dealt with the issue amazingly! I will be ordering the rest of my gym equipment from these guys!"
