"Labyrinth made my birthday! I have to say that the level of genuine enthusiasm and respect that the manager John gives to those who visit the club - is outstanding. I approached John explaining that it was my birthday, John immediately sought to make it a good night for me and my party. Throughout the night the staff were pleasant and the overall vibes of the club were great! The club has two dance floors with a variety of different genres that cater for all. I highly recommend it."

"I love this club one of the best in Bath. Bouncers are fair most of the time I've had a misunderstanding before but I understand why they did what they did, music is always good and is very rarely a bad vibe in there it's a great club for students and young people. Only thing I could ask they improved on is one dj ( normally on a Saturday night) doesn't let songs play through and often cuts out beat drops, this can be a bit frustrating but other than that a great Club."

"Honestly I do not understand why one would go to this venue. It is quite notorious in Bath and surrounding areas with their rude and egotistic bouncers, yelling at their customers because they feel like, and apparently the management cannot take any criticism and replies toxic comments to customers’ complaints. I understand this is very stressful work what you do, but it is what you chose to do. So your own choice doesn’t mean you can use your power against people, especially the doormen. In fact, one doesn’t even have to visit to observe the ‘toxicity’ you can just scroll down and read the comments, and the business’ replies to comments. Very disrespectful towards feedback and taking customers for granted."

"I feel as a resident of bath it is my duty to let everyone know how dangerous this venue is. 2 very simple points to make, when people drink alcohol you assume in a licensed venue with licensed security, that you're in safe hands, that the environment is secure with staff that care, staff that will be concerned for your general wellbeing, and administer first aid if necessary. Unfortunately not only do they not care they’re actually the ones who use force and violence, praying on drunk people, who have been lulled into the illusion that Labyrinth is a respectable establishment. Choose your venues wisely, because when all is said and done and the payments have cleared, will these people care about you or your friends, the answer is no!"
