"Have used your Clifton (Bristol) branch and always received good service. Living now in Stroud I was pleased to see that you have a branch here. Went to buy Euros and waited some minutes as your staff were busy. First of all no one acknowledged me. A quick word to say I'll be with you ASAP would have been helpful. Eventually I was asked how can I help. I asked for some Euros, then the phone rang, and your staff member said bear with me a minute so she could answer the phone. I said no, I'll go somewhere else. Very rude member of staff. Always serve the customer you can see. People can call back. I will not be using your service again."

"I wanted to use a local firm to book my trip to Spain so I called Miles Morgan with the brief. After a week I'd heard nothing so I rang and was told it had been passed on to a colleague and that she would call me back. Three weeks on I've heard nothing. So Ive now booked the whole trip with another firm who came back same day with a full itinerary. I would never call Miles Morgan again. Useless."
