"What an amazing service we received when booking our holiday with Matt! We couldn’t have been in better hands! He was so knowledgeable on the best hotels for our budget for our family of 2 adults and 2 children aged 2 and 1. We are always wary when booking a holiday as we have allergies but nothing was too much trouble for Matt. He not only found a great holiday from our most local airport but he also arranged for our extra luggage allowance to enable us to carry our allergy milk for our children. We booked an appointment to discuss our honeymoon we already had booked. Having recently read quite a few bad reviews for the hotel we had booked so wanted to change. We were helped by Matt who’s was exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable of the area of Mexico we are going. No question was too much for him and spent over an hour making sure we were happy.
