"We've been booking holidays through Howard Travel Trowbridge for 6 years now and always had great service however; on our last occasion in January we received the opposite. They didn't seem to understand our request for a "quiet & peaceful" hotel resort to celebrate my wife's 73rd birthday, somewhere in the Caribbean. Instead we were sent to the Caribbean's equivalent of a Club Med 18 / 30s holiday resort on St Lucia! Not exactly what we were expecting at our time of life! Unfortunately no apology or acknowledgment that on this occasion they'd got it badly wrong."
