"Movie wasn't great but seats were very comfortable and staff were lovely. Served us the best mixed popcorn ever :)"
"I absolutely love coming to the cinema when Alley is in. She is an absolute sweetheart, always so friendly, nice, bubbly, and she makes Odeon feel like such a welcoming place. They are lucky to have her!"
"A small cinema with 3 screens which welcomes private screenings (mountaineering and climbing films when we went). Nice staff. That does the job for a good time !"
"I recently saw Don’t Worry Darling, the screen was kept cool, and it wasn’t dirty! The film looked and sounded good as well! It was a bit chaotic when I arrived and I could see that the staff was a bit rushed due to the large amount of people in the lobby, but they were all nice and patient with everyone and food orders were done in a timely manner. I especially want to give a shout-out to Allegra because she is vibrant, and friendly! You can tell she loves engaging with customers, puts in the work to make for a more pleasurable cinema experience. If you are lucky enough to see a film when she’s working, you won’t regret meeting her! Also Harry Styles looked gorgeous in this role, even if his accent was atrocious."
"I love this cinema. It's cheaper than most (cheapest in Bristol aside from Scott Cinema in Westbury as far as I know), comfy seats, easy to get to with lots of buses leaving and voi parking sites nearby. The staff are lovely there too. My one niggle is that sometimes you can hear the sound from other screens coming through the walls. That meant that at a tender moment in the movie I was watching, there were ominous big bass sounds coming from the Thor screening next door. I found it funny, but I know not everyone would field that way!"
