"My child has been attending the nursery for nine months now, having been among the first to join when it opened. He has formed strong bonds with his little friends, and the staff members are always friendly and welcoming to him. While I have had some concerns about the nursery's services in the past, I recognize that managing a nursery is a challenging task, and I have always been able to count on Charlene to resolve any issues swiftly. I would like to extend a special thanks to Charlene, the assistant manager, and Tia, the senior nursery nurse of the grasshopper's room, for their exceptional hard work, support, and helpfulness. Their dedication to their work has been a great comfort to me. Additionally, the nursery itself is an excellent environment for kids, with modern facilities designed for children's needs"

"This nursery have gone above and beyond for my son always smiling always ringing to inform me if he’s bumped his head always updating tapestry and just genuinely caring towards my son, my son dosent have naps so they always take the extra time to play with him and make sure he dosent feel left out he finishes his dinner and gets given extra if he is still hungry. Yes his nose is runny when I pick him up but as we all know as parents when their young their noses are non stop running the nursery is very clean and always tidy"

"What a horrible nursery. My child would always be in tears when I go for pick up. Every single day in tears. They will leave her all day without eating, not inform me until I get there in the evening and not even explore other food options or milk . My child's nose will always be dirty and runny any time I get there. I always have to ask for tissue to clean her up before I leave. Simply ridiculous. I have used quite a few nurseries, and never seen such poor performance. I'll never recommend this nursery to anyone."

"I certainly wouldn't recommend this nursery. Staff communication between themselves and to parents in my experience was absolutely shockingly bad. My sons key worked changed weeks before I questioned why I hadn't seen his key workers for weeks and they had forgot to inform me. I went to collect my son one day and staff told me he had been sleeping for over 2 hours (although he had a brilliant night's sleep) his eyes were all red and puffy it was clear he had been left to cry for hours, he was absolutely burnt out. I obviously did not send my son back in to this nursery from that day onwards as it is a real concern. They also ignored calls and messages from my sons health visitor who simply wanted to ask some questions."
