"We had a reservation but where asked to wait at the bar cause our table wasn’t ready. (When we walked in thr was about 10 empty tables) we where sat down after 15 mins at one offf those previous empty table… It took us 15 mins till anyone paid attention attention to us. We where informed that only the events menu was available, food was served with the wrong sauces when I wanted to say something no one showed up to our table for a good 20 mins. Went back to give them a second chance the food was even worse and no one paid attention to us. The toilets are disgusting. And the restaurant is rather dirty. One star for the strawberry daiquiri"

"Terrible experience. The woman that greeted us was lovely but it went downhill from there. We were sat at our table for about 20 minutes before anyone even came over we ordered two cocktails a starter and two mains. The cocktails took a further 30 minutes to come and we were given no cutlery to eat our starter with and no staff were to be seen to ask so we had to eat it with our hands. By the time our main came we still hadn’t been given any cutlery and luckily managed to ask someone or we wouldn’t of gotten any either. They had hardly any food available and even the food we did order the chicken strips didn’t come with the correct sauce. We ordered the big sharing cocktails but they just gave us them in a normal glass which is not what we paid for the only reason we didn’t complain is because they were 241. I will definitely not be returning as this is the second bad experience I’ve had here."

"Never going back. On the arrival, been greeted by a rude lady who looks like that she hates working there. I’ve asked her if I can borrow a cleaning spray to wipe out seats as they were covered in oil and crumbles and she said ok, I’ll send someone. She went to speak with her colleagues, then disappeared in the kitchen while me and my son was standing and waiting. Finally she came back and I thank her for the help - I’m always very polite and respectful with everyone. Food was disappointing, ordered grilled chicken that was definitely frozen and undercooked- still pink inside! Chewy and just horrible to eat so I left it. I’ve ordered chicken strips for the starter and they brought mozzarella sticks, I didn’t want to argue so just ignored it. Ladies toilets - 4 out of 5 cubicles were out of order, and the one that open was blocked. Hazardous signs lying on the floor outside the toilets. Floor sticky and in general the place is dirty. Definitely not going back."

"I need to start with two things our server "Juno"( I think) and the lady manager were amazing. The only two positives in this experience. The initial drinks order took 25 minutes to arrive. The food order took another 40 minutes which would have been okay but it was not busy - what was the hold up? The food then arrives lukewarm at best, the cream had began to separate on the nachos and the cheese was hard. The salsa and guacamole were congealed and the sesame strips were cold. Why was there such a delay in delivering drinks and food, if the food had arrived hot I would have understood but to leave food sat on the pass to the point that it deteriorates should be a crime. Luckily the lady manager was very apologetic and offered to remove the issues from our bill but it makes me wonder how many times she has been forced into a similar scenario. The waiting times and the amount of staff that they had on just didn't make sense. Someone needs to get a tight grip on this place!!"
