"Had a lovely dining experience there today! Went for lunch. The layout of the restaurant, where we can see the kitchen, was cool, and I like the vibe of the restaurant; it’s a little like a Manhattan style loft apartment. The waiters and waitresses were really nice. To be honest, I was more impressed with the dishes flanking the mains than the mains themselves. The oyster with tomato and olive oil was out of this world - so creamy! Really liked the bread with onion butter too. I wouldn’t recommend getting the peas and peppers, they’re not that special. The velvet crab rice was really nice, but while the lemon sole was creamy I wasn’t too impressed; maybe we take good seafood for granted back in Asia, especially fish. The mutton chop was really tender, and the side dish of butter beans and offal sausage and black pudding which came with it was delicious. But it was the desserts which really gave this experience a nice finish. The honey cake was so so nice with its lovely custard and the burnt cheesecake, which seems to be a specialty of theirs, was really creamy, like Japanese soufflé cake. Just amazing! Remember to save your stomach for dessert whenever you go to BRAT!"
"This is a Michelin star restaurant. Don't get me wrong, food was delicious but didn't hit my spots. I was with a group of friends and they loved it. Maybe it's just me, did not float my boat. Great ambience in a nice, vibrant neighborhood. Worth a try."
"Enjoyed this meal a lot, although I was missing a bit of “wow” (one dish was just slightly bland) when it came to the main course, but the olive oil ice cream was amazing, as were the potatoes, the service was very friendly and we adored the open kitchen, the quality of the food and general atmosphere! We will still be back I am sure, perhaps we just came on the wrong day. :)"
"Interesting and delicious take on Spanish cuisine - loved the mushroom rice, the leeks with cheese and the clams (wasn’t the biggest fan of the wood roasted greens and the peppers). Love their decor and their drinks list is good too. Will definitely be back!"
"Amazing. Wonderful service, lovely staff. The food was delicious, varied and exciting. It was lovely that there was a casual vibe and it felt really unpretentious. We were really impressed, and considering how good the food is we both felt that the prices were really reasonable for a Michelin Star spot. Very happy, would recommend and return."
