"Just wanted to say a huge belated thanks to the team at Bath. We originally bought a sofa having spent time with Odette (hope the spelling's right) and she was just brilliant. She helped track down the right fabric, colour and helped on choosing the right size for our room! FYI - the sofa is great! A month of so later we popped back into the store and picked up a bargain footstool in their sale, Odette recognised us too! Her colleague Gary helped this time and his manner and help was incredible. It is difficult to park near the store he offered to carry the item to our car which was a fair distance. If that's not going above and beyond with Customer Service I don't what is. Big thanks to you both!!"
