Showed us a range of colours & headboards. Was very knowledgeable, left us to choose. We felt comfortable an unhurried. Gave us an approximate delivery time & delivered within that time. Was called with a 2 hour delivery window & delivered & fitted by 2 gentleman without any issues. Cleared away all packaging as well.
