"Terrible communication. Don’t know if the flowers are pretty as no flowers have arrived within 12 days of ordering and I am still waiting. Apparently shipped 7 days ago even though when advertised it would said it would only take 2-3.They do not provide the tracking number despite stating that the flowers have shipped with one. After 3 emails and 15 calls unanswered they finally replied to me and provided me with a full refund after the flowers both missed Valentine’s Day and my girlfriends birthday the week after. Was honestly shocked I even got in contact with them and got a refund after they avoided all my calls and emails for over a week. Felt more and more foolish every email I sent and every call I heard ring out. Ruined my events. Absolutely horrendous service."
