"I visited yesterday. The store itself has a great selection, at great prices. The reason for the 1 star is the atrocious customer service; we were second in the queue and it was fast building behind us, so another member of staff was forced (read that as coerced) on to the tills. I take it she was either back from lunch, a toilet break or a snooze - either way she was not pleased to be made to work for her wages. She was rude, unhelpful and unpleasant - and for her alone I won't be setting foot in that store again. She was a younger member of staff, baked in fake tan and with the 'mad' big eyebrows. I strongly suggest avoiding her in future. If that store wants repeat custom, I highly recommend they send their staff on customer service courses. Anyone who has ever worked facing the public, has bad days, but you put on a fake smile and you just get on with it. Very unprofessional."

"The staff were speaking to each other on headsets. They were clearly talking about another member of staff and discussing a collection for her, and how ungrateful she was. I could give far more detail but I won't for respect of person being spoken about. Very unprofessional. When I reached the till, the girl continued to talk to her colleague on headset, I thought she was talking to me at first. So I said sorry what did you say? She looked at me as though I was interrupting. I said so sorry I thought you were talking to me. She barely acknowledged me. There was no apology given for dismissing me, really bad customer service."
