"Paid a lot of money to get our gutters cleaned, but they somehow failed to remove a couple of tall weeds growing from the back gutter. They still haven’t been round to finish the job even though they said they would. Also paid them to clear a blocked downpipe, but they failed to clear it, and instead damaged the pipe underground making the issue far worse."
"I contacted MKM to fix a leaky gutter in Dec 2020. They attended in Feb and done a repair which failed the 1st rainy day afterwards. I called them again after this and they said they would send someone out to take a look. Didn't hear back, called them again last week and left a further message, no response. Will take my business elsewhere."
