"Staff are normally great, layout good & service too but most stuff never in stock, take ages to restock & nearly always come out damaged!! This isn’t restricted to Melksham!! Half the time it looks like they’ve brought the items in tied to a piece of rope, attached to the back of the lorry & bouncing around behind them down the motorway. I’ve had stuff come out that looks like it’s been used as a football or someone taking their anger out on it. Nectar points always take ages to be awarded too, if at all."
