"5* service & a company that cares. An incident happened when my drains were being cleaned a few days ago. The incident was at no fault of enviroclean, the fault was with the company who built my house and had not screwed down my garden drain. even though enviroclean was NOT at responsible for what happened one of the bosses drove from East Kilbride to Irvine today to make sure my baby was okay (she was) and to apologise with a generous gift. This company has went out of there way to check that my baby wasn’t harmed and to apologise even though it wasn’t there fault. The company at fault hasn’t been in contact and took days to fix the issue. I couldn’t rate this company high enough. They actually care about people. The boys working on the day the incident happened couldn’t have been more helpful, responsive, profesional and kind. Thank you."
