"Firstly they used to be really good!! But what has happened? We actually travel to this laundrette mainly for ironing but today was the last. Firstly experience over the last three weeks has been very poor, first put ironing in give date collect arrived 15.30 to collect and shop was shut with a sign saying no water; what about collections? Next time handed ironing in on a Tuesday morning told it would be the following Monday" really" because they where busy but try phoning on the Sunday. Phoned Sunday had not been touched yet. Next occasion arrived on Saturday afternoon , told we are not taking ironing in because we have burst pipe, no applogy, sorry but they seem to have forgot they providing a service which we pay for which should include some sort of customer service.SHAME."
"For the most part I have been satisfied with the service, but apparently if you take an item to them with specific instructions as to how you want it cleaned, and they say they can do that but then do something completely different and ruin it, it's "at your own risk" and they accept no responsibility for their own actions. I won't be using them again."

"The staff are very helpful. I managed to get 4 loads of washings done and dried in the space of 2 hours!! They have good prices as well. Vowed to just do a monthly laundry drop off from now on. It's so much easier than trying to keep up with the washings at home. I can't fit my duvet into the machine at home, and for only a little amount, I can drop it off to them in the morning, they will do it for me and it'll be ready to collect by the time I get home from work! Smashin!"
