"Ordered a wardrobe for small bedroom, day of delivery van driver walked into my house and said “it won’t fit” we had paid door step delivery PLUS room of choice. We were horrified as we had broken up old furniture, the driver walked around with a large piece of wood stating the furniture would not go through doors. We had measured and wardrobe fitted into the said room comfortable. The van took our wardrobe away in the van without even coming off for us to see,? After speaking to a oaklands representative we were told we would have to pay £100 for return of our furniture as it had to be returned PLUS delivery and room of choice even though it never got took off the van. In all have had to pay £140 for nothing, except to be told it won’t go through. We are still waiting for our full payment even though it was paid by PayPal in full."

"Half of my sofa was delivered on the 26th April!! Not sure how half a sofa can go missing but apparently it has! We were told it’s been sat in Swindon waiting for it to be delivered! I called customer service and spoke to the rudest man who basically said here’s £274 to shut up and wait! I explained I didn’t want there money I just wanted my sofa! The solution I got was in his words “ I’ve given you options what more do you want”!! So the 10th may we were now to receive our other half of our sofa! I wrote a review on trust pilot which got responded to clearly to show they had responded but I never received any more communication from that! This morning I called to make sure that my sofa is being delivered today to be told it’s not and that I now need to wait until the 14th July! I ordered this sofa in OCTOBER!! How does it take that long to get half of a sofa! No solutions and no help I’ve basically just been told to wait!!!!"
