"Completely and utterly useless - spent hours trying to get through on the phone to get a VAT Invoice which they failed to send for a recent company purchase to no avail. For a company that sells phones they certainly seem to struggle to be able to work one when it rings. My advice to business customers is to purchase equipment from another Apple store; waste of time - probably all on strike."

I bought a device for my business and went to collect it at Glasgow Apple Store, they did an internal process to open a business account, and there it messed up. VAT documents needed never arrived, and it is impossible to get them sorted by online customer care. They call, the line drops down every time, and they never call back. If you want to work with businesses, you have to take care of the accounting side; you cannot just sell and ignore your customers. One star is even too much."
