"I called up to value an item for me before I sell it to a friend. Very helpful & sweet. Thanks for your candour!"
"Used online page to send pictures of an item and got an email back with a price. I travelled to the Paisley store and explained what I had etc. The staff had no clue and weren't going to take item. As I had emails from the store they gave me a pittance, if I had any other options I would have kept my stuff and left never to return but would have been stranded. Felt robbed, utter disgrace take advantage of people's situations."
"Shocking. I have purchased two laptops form them in my time. The 1st one broke and they said I couldn't prove it was there fault so no refunds available. The 2nd I got 2 years later, the fan started make a very loud noise about a week after and all they said was 'it wasn't like that before' and again refused to help. I should have learned my lesson along time ago and not returned to this place."
"Absolutely shocking customer service. My husband was literally just in this shop, sent me a picture of a guitar he really liked. He had only popped in from East Renfrewshire to pick up a capo for his guitar and saw this and sent me a picture but didn’t have enough cash on him. I asked him to see if I could pay for the guitar over the phone which one helpful lady told my husband that she didn’t see why not as long as it all goes through. Then the abnoxious man who works there stated no because what if you leave and the payment doesn’t go through? Eh if it doesn’t go through (and there is absolutely no reason as to why it wouldn’t) then you don’t release the guitar. Simple! I fail to see what the issue is, if they can accept phone payments - like they both agreed then why wouldn’t it go through? Clearly obnoxious and not the brightest. Some people have to be trained in customer services. You just lost out on £100 for absolutely no reason. Beggars belief."
"I bought two cameras one for my car, which is working fine the other came with no disc, leads or instructions but was only £40, I tried to exchange it for one at £150 and asked how much for cash and was told £120. I've bought loads from this shop in the past worth hundreds of pounds, NEVER AGAIN! The guy behind the counter needs to learn some manners. Its a 'Second hand shop' with big prices now. I won't be back.."
