"I wanted to highlight a star employee, Amanda Welton. I rang the store to ask if they had a high demand product in stock. Amanda answered the phone within a few rings, was polite and professional, informed me they had received a delivery that day, what colours they were in, how many and the price. I was in work so couldn’t get there straight away, Amanda very kindly put them away for me, my parents went to collect them a few hours later and again was very helpful and professional. I can’t express my thanks enough, the items I purchased were cast iron pumpkin casserole pots and they are fabulous, amazing quality and good value. Thank you Amanda!!"
