"I hate writing this and I never leave bad reviews if I can possibly help it, especially for a small independent business, but...I cannot stress how atrocious the experience has been with Braw Wee Emporium. A lampshade I ordered over two months ago has never appeared. Upon trying to reach out to the organisation repeatedly on various platforms, I was completely ignored aside from one email which wasn't followed up on. I am now assuming my money or product is not making its way to me and I'll have to start a lengthy chargeback process with my bank to have any hope of recouping any of the money lost. If you can possibly go anywhere else, please do - otherwise you're just throwing money away. It's not really the type of experience you hope for with an independent company, at all!"
