"Looking for a new engagement ring and we came to Austen & Blake, I had my mind set on an Oval Diamond with a gold band. Having been offered what I thought I wanted, I was then shown a gorgeous round diamond set ring which blew me away. As soon as I put it on I knew that was my ring. Samantha kindly let me have the sample until my ring was ready. I went to collect my ring which took around 3 weeks, and they had kindly upgraded my diamond to a slightly bigger one. All in all a very professional company with the nicest of staff, Samantha was exceptional in her communication and really went above and beyond to make sure I had the exact design I wanted. "I’d really recommend Austen & Blake if you’re looking to buy an engagement ring (or any other form of jewellery). The whole process was incredibly straightforward, the website was easy to navigate, the ability to pick your own diamond added that special touch, the customer service was fantastic (shout out to Suzann who was always on hand to help out and respond to any questions or queries I had) and most importantly the ring (diamond and all) was absolutely fantastic (so fantastic that she said yes!). "Went looking for wedding ring with my fiancé and having been to numerous shops we never thought we would be able to find a perfect match for my engagement ring.
