"I recently bought jewellery from the Stirling branch...who were helpful but realised when I got home wanted a different chain. I visited the Falkirk store and was served by Carys, who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and explained that I could swap the chain and pay the difference on a new one! When I returned to change it I met the manager and another member of staff, again very polite, welcoming and friendly! I'd highly recommend paying the ladies a visit as I left feeling very happy knowing that I had saved a few pounds that I wouldn't have had I went elsewhere!!
