"By far the worst “delivery” service I’ve ever experienced. Although our delivery slot was between 7:00am-9:00am, my husband and I were awake early and sitting by the front door since 6am awaiting our delivery. We never saw anyone come up the drive. By 8:00am our tracking had changed to “no one home and card left by the door” which was complete lies. We called Arrow and the best they can do is to deliver it 4 to 5 days later which is complete nonsense for a very expensive, high value package. They claimed the driver didn’t see anyone home but our lights were on and we were sitting in sight of the driveway. Since no true attempt was made to deliver our package, I think the lying driver should be made to return and deliver our package by the end of the day. We are moving and any delay to our deliveries will cause major issues to our planning."
"ArrowXL is single handedly the WORST courier service that I’ve ever used! Please don’t use ArrowXL. If I could give less than a one star, then I would. The delivery driver was absolutely awful. He was very rude and aggressive. He has no customer service. Terrible human being! Bless the customer services team (as they do try) but they are useless. I wasted at least 30 minutes both times that I had to call them and my problem still wasn’t resolved. For the last scheduled delivery, I called to track my product (as they usually send a confirmation email on the day of delivery). Only to eventually find out that they returned my product to the warehouse (even though I received email confirmation the day before saying that it would be delivered as scheduled). Over a period of 2 weeks, I wasted 2 separate days of annual leave (waiting for the delivery). In the end, I didn’t receive my product and I’ve been left highly frustrated. I emailed to complain about the service of the 2nd delivery attempt and I’m yet to receive a response. The whole infrastructure needs to be rebuilt. I can’t imagine how they’re still in business. Absolutely terrible courier service. Avoid at all costs!"
"ArrowXL are but far the worst courier company I have ever experienced. First time they delivered, they caused massive damage to my home. Second time, the could not deliver because they claim nobody was at home despite having and elderly 80year old who is blind and stays at home all day. They say they tried to call but never do - total and utter lies. A rescheduled delivery has to be rescheduled again because the item was not load on the truck despite their own tracking showing it was out for delivery. This company cannot be trusted at all and is by far the worst courier company in the UK. A reputable company such as Simba should seriously look to renegotiate theirs delivers with an far superiors courier company, one which can be trusted and once which will not tarnish the name of Simba."
"I was moving house, the new place never had a garden shed as it was a new build. I ordered a shed through Amazon who quoted a delivery date of 22nd September. So I booked my removals for the following day. Giving me sufficient time to erect my new shed. ArrowXL text me the day prior to delivery asking me to book a delivery date the following week. Now all of my expensive bikes and tools will need to be left in the garden! Sarah from customer service was really not helpful and no date could be booked any sooner. Very very poor service. Amazon should not use this unreliable company."
"Appalling service. Booked an item through my mail order catalogue and it transpired the usual service delivery wouldn't be expedited in time before I moved home. I contacted my mail order catalogue six days before moving home to change the address to my new one. Now at my new address and Arrow XL have failed to deliver, stating that the item now needs to be dispatched from another hub. They have had six days to sort this. I now have one day less of annual leave and also no item of furniture delivered. Chased this up via their chat and all I received was a glib response that it needs to be sent from their Worcester depot instead of Enfield. We'll, that is for them to sort and they have had (and failed) six whole days to advise their Worcester hub and sort out their supply chain logistics. Appalling service. Would never choose to use this firm, the same as I would never choose to use Evri or Hermes. They are all as bad as each other. If I could give zero star rating, I would."
