"Overall experience is not great. Some staff are quite patronizing and how they approach customer's even the body language of security guard. Only one person serving at the till when you have a queue of 6 people when you have 3 staff members stood around a fridge when they could help their staff college . I personally feel staff customer training update should be provided for the staff on how to approach people and talk to them. I will not be shopping in this branch again"
