"Shopping with ease at tesco. the scanner is the best thing since sliced bread . Pick, scan, pack, pay, leave. What's not to like? Then go upstairs for a coffee. The staff are always very helpful and there are lots of choices of coffee and tasty snacks and neals"
"The staff reduced me to tears today at the customer Service checkout. Third time these horrible old witches who work here have made me cry. The manager Dean once stuck up for me and had a word. Im forced to keep coming here through lack of local choice and I usually try and get here as early as possible not to avoid the crowds but to avoid the staff. There are obviously a few good eggs, and as I said the manager Dean is really good at his job but I really wish you would fire some of these sour old battle axes who are just sociopaths and livid that they have to work in Tesco. Those vile old crones on the customer service desk today really did treat it like their own personal fiefdom, it was so small, petty, sad and pathetic. I’ve had male members of staff shoulder barge past me, presumably to try and make some ridiculous macho point, again probably based on their bitterness at having to work at Tesco. I come to Tesco to get ripped off, and that’s bad enough, but to be made to feel worthless and threatened is too far! Nothing will get done though, and I’ve wasted precious time writing this review. Luckily their jobs will be rendered obsolete in the coming years as automatons have better people skills and don’t have menopausal otherness that bleeds into everything they do. The customer is always wrong in 2023 and they’ve killed the competition so where else can we go? I literally come out of this place wishing I was dead."
"Was a regular. Nasty security man refused to watch partners scooter or let him in when I was with my baby upstairs needing him to pay for shopping with me. Staff lied and said he hadn’t asked him (which she wasn’t even there to see if he did which cctv will show) I think when he came in the store they profiled him because he is 19 and looks younger so they thought he was in here to mess about. When they realised I needed him to pay for my £117 food shop one woman’s attitude changed and she let him up to pay. But they were all so RUDE!! Tried calling to resolve and get a well owed apology but phone line is down.DISAPPOINTING"
"Poor. Many items often out of stock especially when the freezers break down which seems to be all the time now. Worse still the contactless terminals don't work properly at the self service checkouts - the staff are fully aware but nobody cares enough to do something about it."
"Staff are rude, the lady who went to front of store to give security guard cakes on trays nearly knocked me over no sorry from her. Went down tin isle 3 staff on shift 2 males one female asked her where something was she rudely said over there an carried on chatting. Great customer service today in store NOT. Need to educate the staff on manners an customer service."
