"Ordered an item for collection. Did not get the confirmation email that I said I would. Got an email the next day saying sorry, but go to the store to collect. In store, it wasn't really clear where to go. I found a very helpful member of staff who couldn't action my order because her colleague had the handheld device necessary. In the end, the items were found, and I left. The system needs some refinement, I think."
"The most lifeless, empty and soul less shop i have ever had the misfortune to shop in. 4 self serve tills, 2 staff trying to fix all of them...just open tills...its 2 staff better employed and customers wont dump their shopping in frustration. Never again!"

"A great shop with a good range of items that are high quality and very good value. Staff are mostly friendly and helpful and I almost always find what I'm looking for. The quick access to the town centre and cark park is a big bonus. However, it would be nice to have more staffed checkouts open as their version of a self-service checkout is less good than a standard one you'd find in other stores. It would also be nice to see them offer a take-away/meal-deal section as this isn't really something they do at the moment. Overall, it's a great store and I would highly recommended it!"
