They blame each other and escape with matter they never answer the phone. If they by mistake answer the phone. This is answer they give. Md is traveling or posshani is traveling.. I we spend lots of money and sending goods to family and friends. I never used again this cargo..poshani all way's not answer the phone it's rude but that's her attitude..."

"The worst place I ever worked with! , I booked my shipment on 11/08/2022 there were lots of mistakes since the beginning they completely forgot to send the empty boxers I had to chase it up and booked after a week they simply said sorry for the delay and the person who dealt with me informed me it will take 6-7 weeks to deliver my packages after six weeks I called them to inquire about the status of the packages the told me packages been loaded to the ship week a go and I have missed informed by staff. after 4 weeks I called them again today I informed it would take another 3 weeks to deliver (SO TOTAL DELIVERY TIME IS 13-14 WEEKS) overall the staffs have no clue about their job or respect toward the customers the only things they are good with is silly mistakes, being rude, they always blame each other like school kids no will take responsibility fFUNNY part is they believe just saying sorry will fix everything"
