"The vets and the supporting staff, including the receptionists, were amazing. They put my boy at ease and gave us all the information and support required x I highly recommend Brannock Veterinary surgery. Thank you all so much xxx"
"A couple of weeks ago while out walking my dog I found a little cat that looked like it was sunbathing in the evening sun. Sadly it wasn't. I covered it with a box and in the morning posted on LTSC for advice. A few people suggested that I take to a vet to find out if it was chipped. As new to area I was told Brannock Vets. I contacted them and was told to bring the cat in. It was a female cat and not chipped. The veterinary nurse was so respectful of the little cat. Everyone I spoke to at the clinic was kind, friendly and supportive (I was quite upset). The little cat was after 2 weeks cremated and her ashes scattered, sadly no-one had come forward. Thank you Brannock Veterinary for taking care of her. I have now registered our dog Miko with them."
"Not impressed at all..This morning (28th May) visited them as I (in my capacity as a volunteer with Lanarkshire Trap and Scan Crew, who are a volunteer group who attend RTA cats and help with lost n found pets) had lifted a deceased cat from the side of the Newarthill High St and was hoping they would take it in and try and find an owner(as every other Vet in the area does). They said they would ONLY take it from me for a fee..They never said how much the fee was but it was either "we will need to charge you or you can take it to the Council"..As I said previously, I volunteer to do this and I made it clear to the receptionist that it's not something that I (or our group) can afford to do..Sadly there's was no act of "goodwill" and as a result I took the poor wee cat to the next closest vet who took it with no issues whatsoever, just like EVERY other vet in the area does..I wouldn't recommend Brannock Vets for anything pet related as it seems MONEY is more important than CARING for a poor pet who was found a couple of hundred yards away from their practice..UNCARING, UNPROFESSIONAL and ONLY got ONE star cos they were opened on a Saturday morning"
"Our pets are always welcomed and adored at Brannock by Elaine and her team. We always feel like they care and do their best to resolve our pets issues. I always recommend them to everyone and think they are the best at what they do."
