The driver was pleasant and quite helpful. For our return trip, minibus hires were also prepared and waiting for us. I used them again on a second trip, and both drivers were once more kind and helpful.."

"The driver arrived late and was very aggressive and rude towards us, the women we were with did not feel safe as the driver was blatantly checking them out and being a creep. He drove really fast and dangerously with us in the minibus, swearing at other drivers and cutting cars up. When I called the office to complain, they were no better and were also very rude and aggressive on the phone, not helpful at all and pretty much said they don't believe us. I do not recommend anyone to use this company. They charge extortion prices for a rubbish service. THEY ARE TERRIBLE"

"Absolutely shocking service. Was told on pick up from airport that I had to pay another £70 as our flight was delayed and driver had been waiting an hour for us. I gave our return flight number to driver the day he dropped us off so if a professional company surely they would check the times. Our flight was actually on time. Will never use this company again. Minibus was disgusting inside writing scratched in paint work. Empty bottles of water on floor and when he opened the back doors to put our cases in empty laughing gas canisters fell out. After discussing with driver the extra £70 he told me to ring the office which I did only to be spoken to in a very rude and unprofessional way. I explained that we were on time but he still said we then needed to pay £70 to which I said I didn't have any money. Then he reduced it to £30. I explained again that I had no cash only dollars so he then said ok $50. I refused to pay this again and passed phone over to the driver and said that they can refund half the money & we'll find our own way home which after a 9 hour flight with two young children 9 cases & 2 buggies is not the best situation. Driver then agreed to take is home if we paid the £14.95 parking charge which we did still didn't agree but by this time just wanted to get home. Will never use this company or recommend to anyone!"
