"AVOID ! TERRIBLE SERVICE, WELL NO SERVICE AT ALL ! Phoned the operator around 8 am today to book a taxi for 8:40 am to go hospital for a 9 o’clock appointment and then I’ve been told on the phone no problem see you soon. Around 8:45 am there was no sign of the taxi so I phoned back and the operator told me we was busy as it was a school run don’t have any taxis available at the moment should have booked day in advance!"

"DON'T USE THEM!! They are completely untrustworthy and unreliable. 8 of us booked 2 cabs to take us to a formal dress pre-Christmas event in December. The venue was a golf club in fairly isolated countryside. Cabs were also booked (one paid for in advance) to pick us up again at midnight for the return journey. It was bad enough that the cabs were 40 minutes late to pick us up for the outward journey, but neither of them turned up at all to pick us up for the return after the event. We were repeatedly told during several phone calls that they were 'on the way' - on one occasion that they had been delayed by a road closure. Other cab companies that we called in desperation had no availability. The cabs still hadn't turned up at 2.15 am, well over two hours after the scheduled time. At this point, the venue staff were pressing us to leave as they wanted to lock up. This was a freezing night (-4 degrees), with everyone in their 60s and 70s and wearing completely unsuitable clothing for being outside in those circumstances. In the end, one of us walked 4 miles along dark country lanes to their home in order to get his own car to pick up the 7 still stranded. Although no harm came to any of us in the end, we were undoubtedly put in a potentially dangerous situation by the actions of All Night Cars."

"Booked taxi an hour and half in advance. Taxi wasn’t dispatched. Called at time it was due to arrive and no one answered. Called multiple times over next 10-15 minutes with phone just ringing and ringing. Eventually got through and was then rudely told ‘it’s because it’s Saturday and it will arrive in 10mins.’ Then immediately received text to say taxi was en route. Driver arrived, I asked if roads were busy and he said no. He said he’d literally just been given the job. It was obvious that my taxi just hadn’t been dispatched & call handler was ignoring my calls. Really disappointed by rudeness, lack of apology and lies told by call handler as I use All Night regularly. Taxi driver was really lovely and very apologetic. I missed my train and a few subsequent trains so was late to my appointment."

"Lovely drivers. Good prices. Its just a shame their call handlers are not more professional and polite. If you can opt for an alternative I suggest you do. All night, these individuals will cost you eventually."

"I booked a cab for 1pm to go to a wedding and it was half an hour late. We were told this was due to a shortage of drivers. Fair enough but I also prebooked a taxi for 2 days later for 12 noon in order to catch a train. I phoned the taxi company on more than one occasion to confirm that the taxi would arrive at noon and was told there would be no problem. On the day, phoned at 2 minutes to noon to be told taxi would be another 20 minutes which would be too late to catch the connection. Lady on switchboard said I should not have been promised a time. What then is the point of phoning a taxi."
