"Do not use this company! They will cause you nothing but stress. How they are still in business is beyond me. Rude telephone manner and demanding extortionate money for parking (£50) at the last minute with a threat to cancel the whole booking if this wasn’t done immediately. The driver on the way back from the airport had no clue what he was doing and stalled the mini bus 7 times before we even reached the motorway. He had no idea where he was going. We were worried that we weren’t going to get home. Shockingly poor service!"
"Awful awful company! I received nothing but a bad experience and would highly recommend no one uses this company. First they were extremely rude on all communications prior to the journey. They requested £50 for airport parking a week before travel threatening to cancel if I didn’t transfer. Looking at the airport parking charges this was completely made up! The driver was slurring his words, didn’t have a clue where he was and we ended up having to use our own phones to direct the driver!! We did not feel safe at all and they refuse to do anything about the poor service they provided! Avoid!!"
"It was a terrible experience it was my first time ordering a vehical, and they had brought the wrong one on the day I had to depart. They had to call in a second vehical last minute. I payed full for a vehical that didn’t come to me and it was a very disturbing drive as the driver was on his phone the whole ride when all the passengers wanted to rest and sleep."
