"Sat night Switchboard staff polite, taxi prompt. Booked at 1:30, asked if they knew how long one could be (10min). He was polite to talk to, could give me a rough quote for local journey. You also get a text with online tracking link. Taxi was actually 3min away! Took a wrong turn, but driver was apologetic about it, and took turning advice from us with no issue. Fee as quoted. Fine cab service!"
